Yes it is. It's BYOB/food, but on the weekend they usually have some type of fundraiser going on and you can purchase food/beer. Seating fills up quickly and there are usually texas hold'em games happening so be mindful. Everyone is friendly and the vibe is getting better for women smokers. There's a ladies night every second Wednesday that is growing in popularity.

Nice lounge with lots of seating and TV's. Have ordered a pizza in several times while watching the game.
You can bring your own food and drinks, and enjoy lounging with great cigar. They have great selection.
