Yes they are that much. The clubhouse and pool are fantastic. The grounds and exterior home maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. However it is well laid out for seniors including those that may need walkers and wheel chairs.

The pool is great. However, we are seniors and the pool should be heated until the weather can heat it. Why wait a month? They should use solar to heat it.
The HOA fees are monthly.
