What is included in the common charges
Property taxes are about 3200 a year and as of January hoa is now 1200. It's stupid to live here!!! In 10 years hoa will be over 2200'a month. The only one making money is the property owners and hoa is not a tax right off. In 10 years your house will probably be worth what you paid if not less
