I don't know who the other people dealt with for a high rating. Today's phone call gave them this 1 star. I'd go lower if I could. The person answered the phone saying "goodbye" & hung up on me. The DD Bar Ranch came recommended by my vet. 2nd phone call wasn't as bad but they were of no help for a rescue.
