To be honest I am going to say probably not the campground is not big enough , and the road to the campground is narrow and it has some turns really tight.
In my experience, that would be tight. Loop B or C might have a few spots big enough. Loop A would be difficult with that size. The sites themselves are good size, but the access road is narrow with very little room to turn and get a good angle.
