What is going on with 80 west of reno? Been stuck for hrs with no way out.. eastbound is moving..why TF is no one clearing the way?
And I called the NHP and NO answer!
US395 and 50 to Bowers mansion was supposed to be closed at 7am. It was closed at 6:35. am. Finding the College Parkway on ramp 5 minutes later was totally blocked with cones and further blocked with a NHP car. The other cars and myself were forced to go thru the cones and onto the shoulder to go around the NHP car. I have picture proof. WTH? 11/17 at 6:30 am.
