Although they did solve the electrical problem the car was initially brought in for, they caused another with the dashboard lighting and internal lighting. They tore apart the dashboard and left wires exposed and ripped off the internal microphone for hands free calling. The most egregious offense was the theft of my sunglasses from the glove box. When asked about the sunglasses they simply denied that they had ever seen them however, the case was on the floor along with maintenance book from the glove box. The entire car was rummaged through and left in disarray.

Juan is a cool dude with a wealth of information about all things tires. I came in to the shop for a tire change/balance and Juan took care of it professionally. He chatted with me about things that I as a consumer had no idea about regarding tires and tires safety. I will certainly visit this shop again for future work.

I have used this location multiple times for both tires and electrical services and every single time the bill is less than I thought it would be. I even had them install parts that I ordered online they told me they were the wrong parts and then gave me the right parts for free in a world of mechanical service locations in Reno I consider this place top notch.
