Where's my tortillas? My $7 Sour Cream? Remember the days when you took pride in your product? When you cooked and served like you meant it, like Bertha meant it, when the world was a simpler place and the hard, honest work had value? A 30 minute wait for take out, with half of the food ice cold means someone dropped the ball. You forgot, or you didn't care, or you forgot and didn't care to make up for it. It's lazy, sad and disrespectful. This isn't cheap food, and it has a history worth preserving. If your life isn't going your way, I understand, but take pride in your work. Take pride in your service. Bertha would slap you.
