Nice place. Park is maintained very well. No crimes that I'm aware of... Vehicles are safe at night. Neighbors are courteous. Not too many kids. Usually it's fairly quiet. Different people, different cultures living in relative harmony. Good stuff! That's America!! Rent fees for lot usage increases seems alarming tho. But, other than that, a very nice place to live!

There is no pool but it's quiet, safe, clean and nice to come home to. Clubhouse and surrounding has been recently renovated. Nice dog run

Hi Tom, We do allow dogs in that weight area as long as they are not fighting breeds ie; Pitbulls, Rottwiellers.
My suggestion would be to call Lucky Lane and ask the owners if there are any vacant spaces.

S B, I currently have 6 homes for rent of varying prices, ages, and sizes. Over the last 6 months, we brought new homes into the Park and they are now ready to be lived in. We will be having an open house on all of these homes tomorrow (5/19/18) from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM if you are in the area. We would be happy to schedule a showing for you if you cannot attend the open houses. I also have some rentals coming up in June 2018.
