Silverada Estates is a 55+ community that an elderly relative of ours lives at. We find it to be a very safe and clean environment, close to the freeway and close to shopping and restaurants - all these features together couldn't be found at other parks in town. Whether you drive, use a scooter, a walker, or even a bicyle like our relative, you'll have all the conveniences to sustain your independence in close proximity. Grocery Store, $1 Store, KFC, Subway, Mexican & Chinese Food, McDonald's, BofA and much more! The park is clean and tidy. No HOA but rules do apply, so you can decorate your outside space. Every fall the park offers a yard clean up (leaves, etc.) for a small fee if you're not able to do it yourself. Should you need help with maintenance you can contact Arturo and chances are he can help. Twice a year we ask that he climb up on the roof and remove/replace the swamp cooler cover. Christine, the manager is friendly and a big help, just ask and she'll get you an answer. She has referred vendors in a time of emergency like when the heater broke in the dead of winter! The Clubhouse held activities Pre-Covid and are slowly returning. Groups like square dancing, bridge, stamps, etc. can be found. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrated with pot lucks for the residents. Whether you're single or a couple, you'll find it safe here. There are cameras, patrol at night as well as everyone looks out for one another - and free of Gossip! Lots of dogs and pets and yet still quiet. A good place for seniors, for sure!

Yes...lol when I bought my home...I was told (laughingly) that I had to get a dog.
No rentals anymore, just sales. You probably should contact the Silverada office or local mobile/ manufactured home realtors to inquire about homes for sale.
Yes
Rents go up steeply yearly. Not a place to live if you are on a fixed income. Rent will be $691.75 as of 3/1/22. Went up $40.00. Will continue. Owners do not care about the residents. This rent for a single wide. Double wide is more. I think $30-40(not sure).
Not that I'm aware of
No I’m sorry the park itself doesn’t have any rentals. However you can call the office and see if there are any private rentals. 775-358-8100

There are double wides on the park but I don't know if there are any for sale. You can however order a new one as there are a few empty spaces
