Can I request a second recycling bin ? After two weeks, my recycling bin is filled to the brim and I am left with recyclables that will have to wait for the next collection.

The problem is that garbage is picked up once a week while recycling is picked up every 2 weeks. Should be the other way around. It's 2020, we need to go greener.

I believe you would have to rent one from the town for $100. I believe it's just a one time charge.
