Do I have to live in Middletown to use your facility? I have a lot of Styrofoam containers from Oklahoma stakes. That my father collected. And I live in Howell Township.

We do accept used motor oil and Styrofoam from non residence because of county regulations but, We only accept clean, white and dry packaging Styrofoam. No cups, plates or packaging peanuts.
