I have gone on the video on demand channel. Now I cannot get it to go to the menu or to go back to the regular channels. I cannot even turn the dvd off.what can I do?

Unplug the power from the cable box and wait 3 min to do a hard reset

U might want to call their i.t. dept in the morning if no one can help u, I only have them for my internet now. Good luck, sorry I couldn't help u.
