Awful customer service when you call. Actual service is terrible since Optimum took over. I did receive good service in the actual store in which they agreed their customer service agents are terrible. Not a good look

Value for your dollar is good but I don't like their modem/router combo. does not allow you to configure your mesh system very easily

I have tried several times to ask Verizon why they cannot provide service in our area. They are also a lot less expensive.

You have no choice but to use them. Internet service is the worst! Always has been probably always will be. Unless you want a satellite your stuck
I'm seriously considering cutting cable out and going Roku, YouTube, Amazon Fire stick, Hulu or something, anything but cable. Too much $$$

Because Service Electric is a monopoly. They are only open until 5PM, Mon-Fri, and until 12PM on Sat. You're on your own any other time. They are a joke, so glad I don't deal with them anymore. Good luck!

Some are included in your package and some are pay per viee and will be added to bgg your next bill. Also, the VOD has been taken from some of their older boxes and cheaper boxes as well, so if you don't have a channel 1, you may need a different box to use VOD.

The Internet provider for sect is Penteledata. If they, or the main connection to then goes down, SECTV experiences service outages. When a storm or eve mm rain comes in, you can expect downtome.
It would mean that either you have broadcast basic service and the movie is part of Expanded basic service most likely.
Probably a problem at the pole, I would call them Monday morning. It's their lines, hopefully they will have an answer at tech support.
