No high def channels. I called in and was told they are doing maintenance. Those channels will be out till 8 AM. I asked why they didn’t inform the customers? Why not do this on a Saturday- Sunday night? They just do whatever they want !

I feel ur pain, I agree they should do that over night on thed weekend. When I had them I went through the same thing. Have u tried sending a letter to the head office just maybe someone will send u back a reply. Good luck.

our federal legislator is putting pressure on FCC to improve internet service in Sussex Cnty. Contact him Rep Gottheimer. But all must act. Century Link has internet here, equally bad.
