I tried reaching out via social media & still sent into the call center vortex. No matter what option you choose, nor time of day, you are re-routed to the call center who refers you back to the specific branch location.
We experienced the same during our rental earlier this month. After countless transfers to other areas the final outcome was to file a claim with the call center and then talk with CLT Avis when we returned our rental. Good luck!
They normally send your calls to the foreign call center. I guess its to save money lol. The problem with this is that they can only do but so much. I've been through this many times and always got it resolved.
