Can you return the altice one and receive a basic box from the store?

I assume so but you will need a modem and router when you trade in the Altice one for the basic box

I don't think it would be a problem for you to do it but I agree with everyone here who responded...i would call first to check if they can do it for u b4 you go just so u won't waste a trip..

I would think so, maybe give them a call before heading over there just to confirm. they were very helpful and fully stocked to make exchanges the last time I was there
