It is free to enter and do the tour yourself. It is $7 for an audio self-guided tour and $15 for a professional guided tour.
It's free to go in and walk around on your own. They do charge for an audio tour.

Since the Alamo is a national monument it is free however, there are other exhibits and museums (associated with the Alamo) that do cost money as well as a gift shop.
