Yes! There are restrooms all the way in the back left corner. Also the maintenance man told me that across the street from the Alamo at the visitors center there are also restrooms. He said that the Alamo and the visitors center building have a contract where they can refer people there to use the restroom as well. When your friends go to the restroom and 30 minutes later there still not back at the front. Well you have to seek out the restroom locations and who better to ask than the friendly worker. So YES they were in the back. I found them glued to the big screen TV back there watching a video about the Alamo! HELLO! People look around! We are at the Alamo. Why watch it on TV. I think all 50+ people watching this video were hypnotized! Nah, not really but kinda weird. So yes bathrooms back left corner.
