Yes
Affirmative!
You do either need a membership or go with someone who has a membership. You cannot borrow a card as they will not allow you to make the purchase, though they won't physically remove you from the store or confiscate the card. You can walk the store without a card to see if it is worth it for you. The cost for a basic membership is $60 and Executive Membership is $120 (You get 2% cash back at the end of the year so if you do a lot of shopping, could be worth it). Costco is good for some things but others are better purchased at the grocery store. For example, unless you're planning to use mayo everyday for 10 people, it'll be a waste. But worth checking out, in my opinion. And you can't beat the $1.50 Hot Dog and Soda (w/ refills) combo at the food court.
