Kayaks, small aluminum boats w/electric motor, sail boats. For boating, you don't require a fishing license, unless fishing.
No pontoon boat rentals. Check out the websites for: "Marsh Creek Water Sports" and "West Launch Boat Rental" for other watercraft rental prices. Yesterday was Fish-for-Free-Day, but otherwise a PA fishing license is required and PA fishing regulations apply.
They don't rent pontoon boats. Yes you need a fishing license.
