Feels so bad and terrible. Never come again. I just bought a sunglasses there and 3 weeks later, they didn’t call me. And they change 3 people to adjust the nose pad of the sunglasses and can not do it very well. And they said it’s the problem of the frame, not their problem. And now they leave me here with nose pads that not fit! And they did not clean the sunglasses after adjustment. Feel so bad! They don’t care about anything after you paid

For 40 years I’ve seen various opticians, optometrists and been to many vision centers. This is the best experience I ever had! Not only are the prices very reasonable but the staff is fabulous! Not pushy like many places and truly serving the customer with what they want! No hard sell here which happens at their competitors. Dr. Ellsworth is the best Optometrist I’ve ever “seen”. He is friendly, caring and spends the necessary time with you. I was able to ask a lot of questions and he truly listened to me! Thank you

I want to emphasize that the optometrist was amazing and quick. The downside is I waited almost an hour for contacts. I probably would not be coming back. I am pretty patient but not one person acknowledged me until the optometrist said something to the employees. Very disappointed.
