I was nervous having to go here for a blood draw based on the other reviews, but it couldn't have been an easier experience for me. Not the best start as the kiosk I tried checking in with 10 mins prior to my appointment was apparently not working and the scanner couldn't read the emailed QR Code nor drivers license. But after moving over to the other kiosk, I got checked in just fine, was called back 10 minutes later at my exact appointment time, and Karrie did a wonderful job taking the samples. It was a shockingly efficient and pain-free visit, on my way out an older gentleman even remarked "well that was fast!" My thoughts exactly.

Yes they take walk ins. They will squeeze you in between people with appointments. Or you can go online and make an appointment
They do, but one of the phlebotomists told me they are phasing out walk-ins in the next couple of months.
