I had the best experience today at Precision Eye Care in Downingtown! Nancy, Pamela and Dr Yanelli were wonderful! In the past I haven’t been able to have the screening for macular degeneration, their awesome machine did it so fast it was over before I knew it. Plus they give a big discount on glasses if you purchase contacts and glasses. So far I’ve told 4 people about it (it’s been 2 hours since my appointment). I highly recommend!

Updated 2020: They have made some adjustments in their office and this year's visit was excellent! Ordered some new glasses and reused some frames in total had four sets of glasses being taken care of and all were handled quickly and expertly. Happy to adjust my original rating from 3 to 5 stars. Original post 2019:Dr. Yannelli is very good! However, getting the glasses ordered that were paid for was not timely at all. Out of five pairs of glasses ordered (family visit) only two pair came within 10 business days as was told, other two about 15 days (maybe a few more) and third pair still waiting- 6 weeks later granted a few holidays in this time period. Have asked for copy of prescription on two occasions now and not received. Will update. Update, last pair of glasses received 7 weeks later. Sales did make a kind gesture to ease the disappointment in service.

I miss Brenda who was always very pleasant !!! She was excellent at helping the 3 of us pick out glasses She was very helpful honest and kind. The new guy is dishonest and lies .. He told us our glasses would arrive in 2 weeks It took multiply follow up phone calls and we were given a different answer each time. Took over a month to finally get them We paid over $500,00 for 1 pair of glasses We wont be going back !!!

First time there and the staff made me feel like I had been there many times. Very very friendly, thank you for making me feel so comfortable. The doctor, she was super friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with me and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed!!
