Going with previous coments: it's hilly and mostly unpaved. There are many better suited parks around.
There is only a small portion that is wheel chair accessible. There are two entrances one on Red Hill Road and one on Holland Road. The trails are red hill are definitely only walkable once you get past playground. There is a small paved section on Holland but then dirt road/trails and fields. It is hilly.
It's a awesome place an yea its some paced and not really hilly
