Do not bring a special needs child here. Dr. DeNicola does not know how to manage complex medical needs of children. The front desk staff are arrogent and rude to parents. Prescriptions are not refilled timely despite multiple phone calls and voicemails. When they do send a prescription it's sent to the wrong pharmacy, and the staff blame it on you.

Though we have liked coming here, there is something that really bothers me as a mom. No one ever says my son’s name. It is not a hard name to pronounce, it’s just different. And even if it was hard to pronounce, I would still expect the effort to be taken to learn his name. We are here over a year now. Your name is part of your identity, it’s personal. As a mom it makes me feel like my son is not known, that he is just a number here who goes in and out. I was a teacher and knew the importance of calling my students by their name. I don’t believe the intention is bad, but every patient should be called by their name. At a recent appt the doctor asked, How’s she doing? :/ No matter what, you should know who you’re seeing beforehand. He’s a boy, and looks like a boy. Please, please, ask parents if you don’t know how to pronounce their names. You should know who you’re seeing.

I am really happy with the care my children receive at this practice. We originally started seeing Dr. DeNicola for well visits (my kids have been going to her since birth) but have since seen all of the doctors and PA's and have been very happy with each of them (I particularly love PA Nicole!). They get you in right away for sick visits and even have a live person (usually a PA) answering emergency calls instead of an answering service. I've even had Dr. DeNicola herself answer the phone on one occasion! They actually call you back if you leave a message and are also available for virtual (facetime) visits which is amazing when you can't get to the office in person. They run on time and never have you sitting in the waiting room. They are very caring and really listen to your concerns. I appreciate their laid back approach (which is calming and reassuring) and how they don't overprescribe meds if not absolutely necessary. I recommend Dr. DeNicola and this practice to everyone i know. Thank you Dr. D, Nicole, Ashley, Dr. Pascucci and everyone at CHC!

This whole practice is amazing. From the team of doctors to the staff I am blessed we have found them. As a new mom being able to call anytime and speak to a physician if it’s after hours speaks words. Everytime I have called for a same day appointment one was available right away. I can’t believe anyone would write negative reviews. Please disregard those reviews they are 5 stars and beyond !

Questions & Answers

Do you give the regular children's vaccines. My grandson recently moved, he had the first series of vaccines and now needs his second round. Do you do this?

We are open 7 days a week, Monday Thursday 9am-7pm and Tuesday Wednesday and Friday 9am-6pm to see patients, Saturday's 9am-1pm and Sundays 9am-12pm. During these times, we do accept walk ins, however if you are a new patient looking to switch to our practice, we recommend calling prior to walking in. This is to put you in at a scheduled time and make sure you do not wait that long. We accept same day sick appointments.
