If the scooter can ride over grass then yes... you half to go into the building to buy tickets but, they do have a rope for him to get in at the end of the parking area.. there is a bridge to cross to get into the fort.. which he should be able to cross no problem its new wood..he can't go to the top level and some of the rooms are small so he may half to back out of them..(sure people won't mind moving for him).. on the bottom floor but, if you just go for the gentleman there talking he only gives you about 5 mins to walk about in between presentations and you get to see the musket fired and the cannon fired its COMPLETELY worth it just for that..check out the times it starts he will keep you intrested and interact with the group.. also there is a bathroom on the far right side that he should be able to get into there is enough room for him if he can walk a short distance the door might too tight for the scooter though.. hopes this helps.. let me know if you have any more questions..
