USELESS!. I made an appointment online and called the day before my appointment to make sure everything was good to go...... they said nah man we dont even look at the online thing. No problem I get it sometimes the internet causes mix ups no big deal. So I call the store and they tell me to bring it in tomorrow they would work on it first thing in the morning. I dropped my truck off before work and even called them at lunch to check on the status of my truck and they didn't even know they had it. It was parked right in front of the mechanics bay. So he tells me he will look into it and try to get it on the schedule. He didn't seem to care in the slightest that they forgot me. After work I went to pick up my truck that did nothing but sit in the parking lot. When I got there I asked for my keys and they LOST THEM!!! COULDNT FIND OUT WHAT THEY DID WITH THEM. please do yourself a favor and never use this place. FIRESTONE ON ABERCORN IN SAVANAH GA USELESSS!!!!!!!!!

I really don't think there is any Firestones that really want to work. When you make an appointment they don't put the info in the system or even ask you what it's for. Then when you get there it's 20 questions just to find out they can't do the work. I have been driving a rental from enterprise for over a year. I have dealt with this for awhile but this place treated me with total disrespect. I dont do that to others and will not take that kind of treatment.
