Ordered 4 tires on their website, scheduled an appointment for the next day(Monday) @ 430 since i would be out of work by then. They called and asked if I could come in the next day(Tuesday) @ 1 instead which required me to burn pto but I said no problem. I get here and the ladies at the front desk are playing on their phones and talking on speakerphone to other potential customers. They couldn't find my appointment and had to re enter the information, no big deal. After we get through that process, she says I'm all set and tells me to wait in the waiting area. About 15-20 minutes go by and then she tells me they only have 3 tires. I wasted all this time to come here and not even get what I needed done. Customer service is trash and they need to check to see if they have the tires in stock before scheduling these appointments. Complete waste of time, 100% would not recommend.

They get 1 star rating! Mechanics are not knowledgeable. Gave me the wrong diagnosis at the cost of 99.00. Said gas tank was leaking. Went to dealer and it was fuel sending unit. They need to be sued

I'm quite surprised about your perspective because Kevon and his team have earned my loyalty and none of my friends and family have even considered going anywhere other than Pep Boys because of them. I'm certain he'd help you resolve any concerns you have!
