You are welcome to ride your bike anywhere but inside the fort. We do have a bike locking station at the visitor center
Not sure about inside the fort. Around the entire grounds, yes.
Agree, you have a wide variety of ages, kids and elderly, would be a better option in non-busy hours
Trail is not good for walkers and bikers to share the space in my opinion. But ask if you go...
