Seniors citizen enter for free!
I'm not from the area and went this past summer to go swimming and I believe it was $10 to get in. A little pricey but it is very nice and clean.

Swimming is in the summer months. It does cost, but Carbon County residents pay less.
When the swimming/beach area is open in the summer you must pay. But the rest of the park is open and free to explore year round.
