I hate to give this place anything but five stars. We drive over one hundred miles to eat here because of the high quality of the food. Like most other reviews I have to take away for the super slow service. However, I don’t know about anyone else but Hassan took the time to tell us up front that he has one waitress and it will take a while. Also, he worked his tail off the accommodate the needs of his customers. I will return to this restaurant. The food is most times really good and Hassan does his best to take care of his customers.

Unbelievable food, possibly the best in the Poconos. Easily the best in the area!but you will wait..... and wait. The servers are really nice but they don't seem to appreciate the customers wait. Bring bread, ask if you want more drinks... Hasan (chef & owner) is a machine in the kitchen. But someone front of the house needs to focus on the customers experience, while they wait. The servers can better the experience. I give them a 5, because of the end product but you will wait!

We had reservations for two at 6:00 PM this evening, was seated by 6:05. Prompt water almost immediately. Few moments to look at menu, when questioned about appetizers, the first was stuffed mushrooms. They were out, 6:00 on a Friday before Valentine’s Day. Then the calamari, sorry, out of that too! Was asked if we wanted a salad instead! We opted out of the appetizers and ordered our entrees. We did get two glasses of wine, then that was it, there appeared to only be two people taking food orders, our lady was very elusive. She would pop into the dining area, then just as quickly popped out, avoiding any and all eye contact. At 7:35, my wife and I pulled the plug, I spoke with who I assumed was the manager, definitely the host who greeted and sat us. I paid for the two glasses of wine and a few more bucks to cover the two rolls they gave us. Over an hour and a half, she never once checked in with us, for anything!! My wife ordered the seafood special and I ordered a steak, medium rare. How long should that take? A once fine establishment is no more!!! Avoid by all means. Happy Valentines ;(

This place is amazing! Went here several times before and have had the chicken parm and hubby has luingini and red clam....excellent!! Tonight we had reservations at another restaurant but they were horrible and did not care to have our business (party of 13) Trattoria accommodated us and we had a great time!! Great service and delicious food!!👍😊
