Hi Jim, Typically yes, we do allow customers in during the examination. Right now, we have a modified policy due to COVID-19, as some of our staff members have high-risk family members at home. Our veterinarian does the exam alone in the exam room, and you can watch through the window. This policy will change soon as concerns around COVID calm down. Please do give us a call if you feel you have a special circumstance, as we would love to discuss options with you.
No I was not allowed to see the actual examination take place. They did that in the back.
