I've been with this company for a number of years, but finally cutting the cord. Tired of dealing with lackluster service, improper record keeping and disrespectful employees..today was the last straw. Have heard good things about First Advantage and Concentra. Going to try my luck elsewhere.

Unfortunately we can’t discuss confidential information in a public forum. With that being said all I can tell you is negative results are typically back within 24 to 48 hours. Positive results take longer. For information about your specific results you would need to call the requester or call our office.
If you have taken a drug test you would need to call the medical review office and speak with them. It could be that your profile isn't set up to test for clonazepam. 1.800.452.0030 option 401
You would have to call the office during normal business hours. We are open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 7 pm.
