I agree with Marie. It's really difficult to track somebody down half the time to ask. Just a simple question. Very few people on the floor and so the ones that are are usually preoccupied dealing with other customers leaving you standing around for 20 minutes waiting for them to finish with the other customer so that you can ask your own question.
