How do I call the store and then talk to a person!!!!!

Call Valley View location @540-362-4080. That store is open Sunday 11am - 7pm.

Step 1.) Pick up the nearest cellular device, that being a home phone, cell phone, car phone, etc. Step 2.) On Google, look up "Best Buy" Step 3.) Find your store of choice and *call the store*. Now please note that a lot of stores have robots in the first few sections to direct you to the right person. DONT PANIC. It's not skynet it won't kill you. Just answer the robots questions and it'll direct you to a person

Call and ask for Roanoke store they will transfer you to that store and that should help you I do it when I call there
