Why should citizens have to pay to dispose of recycled items and the county turn around and make money when they recycle? We disposed of an aluminum gas grill and had to pay $10. No wonder people illegally dump stuff on the side of the road.

Should have placed in recycle area, no charge. $10 is for trash not recycle.
