People were waiting for the assistance, but they were playing their phones and the security guards were nicely sitting and sleeping. These people don't have any Security cameras. I don't really understand. Not a safe place to go without Security camera. I should give ZERO star. Date 07/014/2022

Pick up phone and hang up because they don’t want to do their job here. I do not like these people… everyone in this country should have access to health insurance you don’t have the right to deny hard working people

It's Sad 😔 that these people who are supposed to help us treat us like Scum bags! I truly believe in Karma whatch it Staff, without people like us DOWN ON R LUCK YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB. I worked for 30 yrs. And now my life changed in a heartbeat. I'm taking this all the way to the MEYER'S OFFICE! stop playing games and help us. Or you all will be in line with us.....

Need more details to answer your question.
Yes it's open
Not open to public. Drop off all paperwork in a box that is directly in front of entrance. Then pray to your nearest God that they process it correctly.
Yes, drop box is outside.

Yes its open 8 am-5 pm
Yes
You can technically apply or hand in documents to any of the district offices. Just know that if it isn't your district those documents take a day or two longer to process and if they need to see you in person you will still have to go to your local district office. I personally have found it refreshing to attend this particular office because from my own observations I've noticed that the district office in higher end (white) neighborhood of south philly is cleaner, well staffed, equipped better and is able to actually get the job done in comparison to say parkside or liberty district in north Philly. Just my experience.
Did you ever get the fax number?? I can't find it anywhere??
Income,disability or likewise its listed
Are they even open today?
No go in person
You can get Medical Assistance benefits at the office, yes.
Not sure what you are referring to as far as "time" but you can reapply for all benefits.
Different day question: benefits are issued every 30 days and some months have less or more than 30 days, and benefits are not issued on weekends which can change your issuance date.
