We have worked with CCMUA for at least five years now on our foreclosure sale properties, and emailing them is literally the best part of my day. The customer service is fantastic, and we always get exactly what we need in a timely manner. In the event of something not lining up, they're willing to work with us to figure it out and put in extra work to make sure we're not overcharged. Always excited to buy properties in Camden County :) Thank you!

Had an issue paying my bill and due to end of year billing, I was told to go to my township. My township said it wasn't their problem yet. I decided to call the main number and used the extension given. I spoke to an extremely nice woman who went above and beyond to help me get this done. Wish I had gotten her name but I spoke to her on Tuesday, November 24th. Just wanted to thank her again and let people know how fantastic she was to me.

Trying to get in touch with someone else at CC Mua is impossible. I only wish to ask why the park Has been open to but the grass is knee high. Limey Ditch park is directly behind my residence and I watch the lawn Service cut the CCMua's grass weekly, but while the park is left to grow wildly, it is which is directly behind their building. They will not let people enter building, yet I watch them come to work there daily. If a park is open it should not have grass waist high. My 2 yr old is unable to play in park and to me that is an issue. I hope this situation will be resolved.

Questions & Answers

I live in a rent control building. The landlord is charging us the CCMU which they never did in the past. We also have to pay for central air. Is this legal?

Not sure about the legality, but you can go on line with the state of new jersey ... Look for tenants rights... Check your lease for updates. And if your income does not meet an increase in your rent you make get help from the city who has other resources that can help you with your heating and cooling needs if you qualify. God bless you.

I live in Winslow township what address do I send my payment. Lost my bill
