The interior of the apartments are well maintained, accept for the very dated and somewhat gross bathroom from the 70s (vanity has yellowed & cracked with age, small toilet with internal bowl showing too much use of a snake to unclog leaving the appearance that someone didn't flush until you look closer and realize the enamel has been scrapped away). Unfortunately, its the apartment grounds that are not maintained in a regular basis -- garbage thrown on the lawns, tenants hanging their laundry on front entry gate to dry, dumping garbage in front of the dumpster instead of in it, that remains on the ground for months as animals tear open bags. While it is some of the tenant's lack of respect for the property, nevertheless it is the responsibility of the realtor to monitor and maintain the grounds. It's an eyesore to come home from work to have garbage in front of your door and laundry hanging on the front gate I just try and hurry in side. The office is responsive when you call to complain about the garbage, but if you don't call no one stops by weekly to clean up garbage.
