Been living there less than a year, so far no complaints ,rent is affordable utilities are included except electric not a a bad place at all, for most of the night and days is quiet. Parking lot is fair .. everything like grocery store , laundry mat in walking distance the only bad thing is no laundry.

Heat and water are included you only pay light and rent
