I couldn't agree more. Every time we have been there we have seen trash everywhere and thought the same thing. It's lighter to take back packaging after you have eaten and drank what you brought. It's a disgrace that people can't take better care of the natural beauty that surrounds us. We have even talked about bringing bags to clean up next time we go not that it will change people's behavior.
Waterfall is up the river and when it opens up to alatoona. Make a hard right and paddle to the end. Best little secret around.
