You may have to wait a long time for your order during busy times (like, 1 hour wait time). However, these wings are some of the best wings I've ever had. It was worth the wait.

Must be under new management because the wings are amazing when you get them extra crispy. Would give the food a 5-star rating!! However, the store hours indicate a 9 PM close during the weekdays, but when we called at 8:40 (we live 1-mile away) for a pick-up order, they told us they stopped taking orders at 8:30. So we went up there to make sure and they said the turn off the fryer at 8:45 because it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken. Guess what time it was? 8:46 >_> Did they take our order anyway since we were there? Nope. Just disappointed in the service and that management would allow the employees not to continue service through the publicized store hours. You know who would never? Chic-fil-a!!

I originally ordered a 20pc wings with 3 different flavors and later found out when I got home that I received 13 wings and the flavors were completely wrong. Tried calling them with no luck, so I drove back to the store to get them to remake the wings, and was told that they had to see the food in person. So I, being desperate to get my money's worth and to try the new flavors, drove home again to take the food with me back. When they saw the food they remade the order correctly and were very unapologetic about the situation. Avoid the headache -- either dont go to this location or double check your order before you leave. That being said, the wings were delicious.

Food was good. Service was ok, wait time average considering it was a Saturday night. My problem is with the sanitation of this place. Trash on the floor and the drink area was filthy. Says on the door they follow COVID guidelines...guess that just applies to wearing masks. Employees with bare hands touching their face, then their phones, then the store phone, then people’s containers and bags, then food prep items...over and over again with no washing or sanitizer. Never saw the drink area wiped down, customer after customer touching the same sweet tea handle. They did have sanitizer available where you order/pay so I guess there’s that. Will not be going back.
