No cadets aren't allowed to have phones
No cellphones, that was a privilege that was ruined a time ago unfortunately. Think of it like a mini bootcamp. The purpose of YCA is giving kids a second, third and sometmes last chance at a better future. As well as teaching important principles along the way. Your cell phone is a distraction. You will be able to call your loved ones etc. though. Hope this helps.
