Would not recommend this company to investors looking for property management. It two over two months to get fully onboarded. Then issues with the payments being short and not accounted for correctly. Charged for invoices that weren't for our properties. We terminated the management agreement 3 months ago and I still haven't gotten paid for my last disbursement. If you want to get a status update, be ready to follow-up multiple times because they will not respond to you inquiries. Update: It took them 4 months for them to give me the final payout. Even though the manager agreed that was I was double charged, they still didn’t refund us for extra management fee charges. Landlords beware. Check your statements. The accounting team at this company is a mess. Not only are they unprofessional, but they are unethical.

Facts when my husband and I rented from them back in 2014 they were very untruthful and tried to not pay us our money back. They are buying up all this property just to screw people over. I defensively spread the word to not rent from them

DO NOT RENT from this company! By far the most subpar management company in town! They will take your money & give you inhumane dwellings!!!
