Our office hours are 10am - 5pm. We answer as many calls as we can throughout the day. The phone rings off the hook all day long (and all night long). We're sorry we can't get to them all. The best time to reach us is late morning/early afternoon before guests start checking in & the office gets even busier. Please remember that we're a small family business & not a big chain campground with lots of employees.
UPDATE--9/16/2022 I ended up getting through! They're busy and inundated with calls, so I recommend patience and persistence. Great people. --Original Post-- No, I can't seem to get through to them. I talked with them once, the very first time I called, but that's been over a month ago now. Their voicemail box is full. I tried messaging on Instagram, but no luck. Not sure what happened.
