Tracy is correct. There's a location in Savannah called River Street Sweets. Not sure where but there are other locations as well . RSS actually bought out the Market St location from its original owners and kept their name, that's why they have different names but the same owner

Yes. Savannah, GA for sure. Its call River Street Sweets. I believe it's the original. And the River Street Sweets sign is on the wall in Market Street Sweets; same owners and same logo. There are others too. I think Myrtle Beach is one.
