It was the hype of Franklin getting a new restaurant...just like all the others.
This place has turned from terrible back too pretty good. The new manager hired an all new staff, and has very high standards that he places on his restaurant, both the food and the service alike. I went there last Thursday for all you can eat ribs and I was delighted! This place has truly transformed back into a great family restaurant.
It went thru a difficult time but is turned around. New management, got entirely new staff, it's really a much better restaurant than five months ago.
I know they changed management. Every single person that used to work there is gone or left. They hired very young and experience waitresses and Waiters. It's a lot dirtier. Just go in there take a walk by the kitchen and see if you don't see food and stuff scattered all over the kitchen floor. While we were eating a guy came by with a broom and started sweeping the carpet and I don't know about you, but that stirs up the dirt on the floor by will try to eat. I can go on and on. For example the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. I have no idea who that is gotten that kitchen cooking but I'm sure they don't know what they're doing cuz your food is not good. I have gone to this restaurant from day one when they first open and it was good food and good service period, but no ! Some mistakes spelled words because I was talking to my phone and it doesn't always type what I say.
Our food was just mediocre. Disappointing.
Wasn't bad when i was there in December.
