How is someone suppose to get help and there help line hangs up on you

Geesh i dont call i normally just go in they do give you maximum help and they wont stop until your satisfied no i didnt get paid to write this im just writting this to tell you to just go up there alot people go up there because its so busy sometimes theres no way theyll be able to answer the phone from time to time. They're open from 8 to 4

Just go up there... they're always helping people and stay pretty busy during the day
