My neighbor has moved and abandoned her five year old beagle/blue tick hound mix. He's male, name is Prince, is sweet tempered, has been neglected and needs vet care, has zero social training. Where can I take him? I need help, please.

Unless he is your dog, which you state in your pist he was your neigbors, Paws can't accept him. They can only accept pets that belong to the individual when they have space and with a fee. Plus you would have to make sure he was current on all his shots. Sadly in this case Life Line is going to be the only option for a Dekalb or Fulton County resident

You can try PAWS, or the Atlanta Humane Society. Fulton County Animal Shelter is also a place you could try.
